Description:

The program works with uncompressed roster.iff files, .ros (roster files), and .fxg (franchise files).  The uncompressed original roster.iff file is no longer included, but you can download it from here: Link

It also requires Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable:
Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable for 32 bit Windows
Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable for 64 bit Windows

It also requires .Net Framework.  I targeted it for 3.5, but it seems to work fine with 2.0.
