Description:

This pack contains concept uniforms for every team in the Major Leagues(53 uniforms in total).  It has taken a while for me to come up with 50+ concepts and I hope that the end result is something everyone will like.  I wasn’t even planning on revamping these at one point, but I couldn’t fight the urge in getting out a new set.  If you had downloaded my first pack (version 1.0+) before, you will notice a significant improvement in this pack from the older version.  I have focused on creating concepts for the 30 teams but at the same time I have tried to keep up with the realism.

Installation:

You will notice the 7z archive is password-protected.  You MUST use Total Installer Thingy (TiT by krawhitham) v2.0.3 or better to install this pack.  The main reason is to prevent any sort of error that may come about when manually installing these files.  If you haven’t already done so, you can download and install TiT v2.0.3 from www.eamods.com.  Once you have selected the archive through TiT, you will be greeted with an installation screen.  Just follow the on-screen instructions to install.  The uniforms will be installed to slots e and f.  For those teams that already have a uniform in slot e (based on thespungo's 2008 Uniform Pack), I have only created one concept and they will be installed to slot f.

This mod is FULLY COMPATIBLE with thespungo’s 2008 Uniforms.  You do not have to worry about already installed uniforms being over-written.  These concepts will be installed to empty slots in the models.big.

Step 1 - Select the file using TiT v2.0.2 or better and click Start to begin the installation process.

Steps 2 & 3 - Once you hit start, you will notice that TiT is backing up the uniforms.big in the Frontend Folder and models.big in the Data folder.  This will help you if for some reason you want to revert back to what you had installed before.

Step 4 - Once the two files are backed up you will be greeted with a bunch of blinking MS DOS screens.  TiT is currently installing the uniform select screens into uniforms.big (Frontend folder).

Step 5 - Once the select screens have been installed, you will then see an installation screen pop up.  This will install the fonts and uniforms into your models.big.  Click on Next to go to the next screen.

Steps 6 & 7 - This the license screen where you can read the the details of this mod.  Hit "I Agree" to continue.  And in the "choose components" screen, click "Next" to continue.

Step 8 - This is the step where you will choose your destination folder.  You need to point to your main MVP Baseball 2005 folder.  The installer will automatically point to the default location (c:/program files/EA SPORTS/MVP Baseball 2005).  But if you have installed the game in a different folder or you have re-named the folder, then click browse to choose the appropriate location.  In the screen you will see that I had installed the game in a different location and have pointed to the main folder for the uniforms to be installed properly.

Steps 9 & 10 - Once you hit "Install" in step 8, you will see the following screens.  The installer is extracting the necessary files and installing them into the models.big.

Steps 11 & 12 - Once the installation is complete you will get a pop up saying - "Concept Uniforms - Post All-Star Edition v2.0 has been installed."  Click "OK" and then click "Finish" on the next screen to complete the installation.  Once done, you will finally be taken to the treasury page over at http://www.eamods.com.  That is the indication that the mod has been completely installed.

Suggestions/Comments:

I am always open for criticism as I want to get the best pack that is liked by the majority of you.  So, if you have any suggestions/comments, or if you spot any inaccuracies with any of the uniforms, let me know either through PM or post in my thread over at www.mvpmods.com and at www.eamods.com.  I will address those issues as soon as I can.

Miscellaneous Information:

I will get a 1x version of these uniforms out as soon as possible.

Special Recognition:

A HUGE thanks goes out to thespungo for his wonderful templates and accessories.  These wouldn’t have looked even half as good if it weren’t for him.
